Description

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Anchorage Digital’s stablecoin solutions platform.
  • Translate the needs of banks, PSPs, and clearing networks into scalable product capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, compliant stablecoin products and settlement flows.
  • Own fiat-to-stablecoin conversion and liquidity management product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, risk, and banking teams to embed regulatory requirements into product design.
  • Incorporate client feedback, regional market insights, and regulatory developments into product decisions.
  • Guide API and data model design in partnership with engineering.
  • Set technical standards for authentication, permissions, rate limits, versioning, and backward compatibility.
  • Support reconciliation, settlement timing, FX, on/off-ramp, and treasury flow considerations in product design.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in banking, financial products, payments, FX, or capital markets.
  • Experience owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production.
  • Deep understanding of stablecoins, institutional payments, FX, and treasury workflows.
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. clearing systems, payments networks, and messaging systems.
  • Deep understanding of API design, including webhooks and idempotency.
  • Experience with payment rails such as ACH, RTP, Fedwire, wires, and SEPA.
  • Ability to work with SQL or scripting languages such as Python or Node to automate workflows or analyze data.
  • Strong analytical and systems-level thinking with the ability to balance regulatory, technical, and commercial constraints.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Preferred: experience working with banks, payment service providers, or clearing and settlement networks.
  • Preferred: exposure to blockchain-based settlement, digital assets, or tokenized money.
  • Preferred: familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting stablecoins in the U.S. and internationally.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with sales or coverage teams while maintaining clear product ownership.
  • Preferred: exposure or interest in AI-driven product development and tools.
