Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for core platform systems, including identity, authorization, policy administration, and user administration.
  • Prioritize roadmap work by balancing new feature development against technical debt.
  • Drive secure, scalable, and robust product solutions that support the platform’s infrastructure.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and maintain high execution quality.
  • Define go-to-market strategy, success metrics, and key performance indicators, then iterate based on data.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design partners on product development and planning.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Provide strategic product insights that shape company direction and product roadmap.
  • Improve organizational processes and contribute to company objectives through product decisions.
  • Support clear communication and alignment across teams, including senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
  • Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep focus on optimizing end-user experience and translating it into business value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Empathy and adaptability that align with a culture of curiosity, creativity, and shared understanding.
  • Self-described as creative, humble, ambitious, detail-oriented, hard-working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action-oriented, and tenacious.
  • Experience building financial or crypto products (preferred).
  • Experience building 0-to-1 products for financial institutions as a PM or developer (preferred).
  • Experience working in core or foundation teams within B2B SaaS products or in highly regulated industries (preferred).
