Description

  • Own complex People Operations initiatives, including global HRIS implementations and policy overhauls.
  • Manage and optimize employee lifecycle processes across the organization.
  • Develop, refine, and improve HR systems and scalable operational processes.
  • Monitor HR data integrity, perform audits, and resolve systemic issues within HRIS platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional People Operations projects with minimal oversight and manage trade-offs and priorities.
  • Contribute to department strategy, goals, and frameworks for HR operations and compliance.
  • Support immigration-related processes and compliance for a global workforce.
  • Mentor junior teammates and improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and process documentation.
  • Provide referrals, conduct interviews, mentor new interviewers, and participate in recruiting events.

Requirements

  • Expert-level hands-on experience with Workday or Dayforce, including advanced configuration, reporting, and module management.
  • Deep knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and scalable HR process design and optimization.
  • Experience managing complex global immigration processes and workforce compliance.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and best practices in regulated financial environments.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs related to HR systems or processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Track record of mentoring junior team members and providing leadership in collaborative environments.
  • Experience with other HR platforms or tools such as ATS, LMS, or advanced payroll systems is a plus.
  • Experience in a global financial services firm navigating complex regulatory environments is preferred.
  • Experience with HR analytics and dashboard creation to monitor People Operations metrics is preferred.
