Description

  • Design, implement, and administer global benefits and leave programs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects such as open enrollment, vendor transitions, and new leave policy rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving federal, state, and international leave and benefits regulations.
  • Evaluate benefits program effectiveness and use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Handle complex leave cases and benefits exceptions using sound judgment and minimal supervision.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, vendors, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve benefits and leave processes and support a strong employee experience.
  • Support hiring efforts for People Operations by sharing role insights and contributing to talent attraction.
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in handling sensitive employee information.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of progressive People Operations experience with a dedicated focus on benefits and leave management.
  • Direct experience with Workday or Dayforce HRIS for benefits and leave administration.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end global leave management across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience in global benefits administration, including vendor management, renewals, plan design, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of leave laws such as FMLA, ADA, and PFL, and benefits regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and GDPR.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex policies clearly to all levels.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Preferred: experience in financial services or another global, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience with global immigration processes and related compliance.
  • Preferred: professional certifications such as CEBS or SHRM-SCP/CP.
  • Preferred: experience supporting employees in EMEA or APAC regions.
