Description

  • Drive incremental trading volume and market share gains for the Global Markets business.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for global markets inquiries across multiple institutional client segments.
  • Solve client needs quickly by leveraging internal relationships and cross-functional partners.
  • Establish sales methodologies and sales operations processes to strengthen go-to-market execution.
  • Help shape targeted go-to-market strategy across marketing, business operations, and client experience.
  • Lead client- or product-specific campaigns and projects that generate new business and improve the offering.
  • Develop and deliver market insights, curated content, and teach-ins for specific client segments.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by participating in industry events and building a network of clients and peers.
  • Leverage customer insights and industry knowledge to inform business strategy and the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate across legal, product, client experience, compliance, and other teams to close deals and improve client experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in sales trading or prime brokerage sales.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in the crypto industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance.
  • A strong network of institutional clients and peers active in the digital assets industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and sales acumen.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and intellectual curiosity.
  • Creative problem-solving ability to design solutions for client-specific challenges.
  • Bonus consideration for candidates who connect with the soundtrack to Hamilton.
