Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact through email, chat, and occasional video calls.
  • Troubleshoot product and technical issues and guide customers through platform workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to report recurring issues and share customer insights.
  • Build and optimize support processes, internal playbooks, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Identify customer-query trends and recommend proactive solutions to reduce support volume.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and explain complex features in accessible language.
  • Support new feature rollouts through release-note review, testing, and documentation updates.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in customer-facing support, technical support, or customer success.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM applications, or remote support tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, or Pylon.
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot product or technical issues, own resolutions, and escalate when needed.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative SaaS environment.
  • Located in EMEA and able to work comfortably within EMEA time zones.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with sales enablement or B2B SaaS (preferred).
