Description

  • Develop, execute, and improve test plans, procedures, and validation protocols for electronics, electrical, and large battery systems.
  • Own and support factory testing activities to ensure product quality and deployment readiness.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance factory test stations for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
  • Review factory test reports, analyze test data, and turn findings into actionable performance improvements.
  • Diagnose design, manufacturing, and test failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with QA, factory, and engineering teams to improve product quality and streamline testing processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in testing, design, and manufacturing workflows and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support in factory environments in Jiangsu and travel to site as needed.

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of design or testing experience in electronics products or electrical equipment, ideally with battery systems.
  • Experience developing test plans and analyzing test data.
  • Experience in design testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for electronics or electrical products.
  • Hands-on experience with power analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, megger testers, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong documentation and report-writing capabilities.
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin.
  • Frequent travel to the factory in Changzhou is required.
  • Experience with battery systems, BMS, or power electronics is preferred.
  • Experience testing integrated systems rather than individual components is preferred.
  • Exposure to real-world system deployment and debugging is preferred.
