Description

  • Recruit and enroll qualified candidates into ACE master’s, doctoral, certificate, and professional development programs.
  • Counsel prospective students through the full enrollment lifecycle, from initial relationship development and needs exploration to application, decision-making, and preparation for success.
  • Conduct prospective student interviews and match college and program benefits to individual student needs with accurate program information.
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover motivations, address concerns, overcome objections, and guide students toward enrollment decisions.
  • Maintain consistent contact and provide high levels of customer service to prospective students.
  • Document all student interactions and outcomes in the CRM system and effectively use established business processes and technology.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and institutional policies and compliance regulations while managing caseloads.
  • Support special projects such as prospective student qualification outreach, follow-up, retention efforts, and post-enrollment outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–5 years of enrollment or similar admissions experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organization, time-management, multitasking abilities, and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively within virtual teams.
  • Experience documenting interactions in CRM systems and following established business processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Campus Management products strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working remotely and experienced collaborating in a virtual environment; minimum internet speed requirement of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Commitment to ACE’s mission and civic engagement initiatives; willingness to follow internal AI-usage reporting guidance when applicable.
  • Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama cannot be considered.
