Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex corporate and clinical searches from sourcing through close.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, transparent expectations, and timely interaction.
  • Partner closely with clinical and business leadership to understand hiring needs and advise on talent strategy.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a talent advisor to the business.
  • Design and execute tech-forward sourcing strategies using AI-powered recruiting tools and clinical network cultivation.
  • Build future-ready pipelines and use recruiting intelligence platforms to identify, score, and prioritize talent before roles open.
  • Maintain strong recruiting systems administration and clean data hygiene.
  • Use pipeline analytics and recruiting data to tell the hiring story and improve decision-making.
  • Manage high-touch, high-source, low-volume recruiting with strong personalization and mission alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
  • Experience in a high-source, low-volume inbound recruiting environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and personal organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Unwavering personal accountability with a strong follow-through track record.
  • Solid critical thinking skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with a variety of recruiting tools and systems.
  • Experience with Greenhouse is preferred.
  • Experience with SMI populations is desirable but not required.
  • Ability to work full time with flexibility for remote work.
  • Preference for candidates able to be in-office in San Francisco.

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $130,000, based on location, level, and experience.
