Description

  • Own end-to-end availability, reliability, security, and performance of core IT platforms and services.
  • Lead ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes with security controls embedded.
  • Monitor infrastructure and SaaS logs and respond proactively to anomalies and security alerts.
  • Set and enforce service-level agreements, security KPIs, and operational reporting metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the IT Support team to deliver secure and responsive support.
  • Oversee secure device provisioning, endpoint protection, OS patching, encryption, and hardening standards.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including timely account and device deprovisioning.
  • Oversee vendor and service-provider governance, including SLAs, access controls, and security obligations.
  • Implement and strengthen cybersecurity controls across identity, access, endpoint, and network environments.
  • Lead audits, access reviews, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, access policies, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Drive continuous service improvement through metrics, feedback, post-incident reviews, and governance forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT Service Management required.
  • Cybersecurity certification such as Security+, CISM, CISSP, CEH, or similar.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations or service management, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Experience managing multi-platform environments, including SaaS, cloud, and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations, IAM, MFA, endpoint security, and access governance.
  • Experience leading IT audits, compliance reviews, and security hardening initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cloud platform security across Google Admin, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC2.
  • Strong organisational discipline, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to enforce standards and drive cultural change toward secure practices.
