Description

  • Analyze data using fundamental and advanced statistical techniques to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify emerging product quality issues and contribute to early detection, forecasting, and predictive insights.
  • Structure, model, and interpret data to support problem-solving and business decision-making.
  • Work with multiple data sources, including warranty data, vehicle data, customer feedback, and manufacturing data.
  • Partner with product quality leaders to provide insights and recommendations that improve product performance and uptime.
  • Develop and implement analytical methodologies to enhance quality tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, data engineers, data architects, and data scientists.
  • Support the implementation and deployment of advanced analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to optimize data processes and tools.
  • Communicate findings through clear data storytelling to ensure the voice of the customer is represented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience working in a technical or manufacturing-focused quality environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, Azure Analytics, Jupyter Notebook, or Apache Spark.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data structuring, and analytics methodologies.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies and techniques.
