Description

  • Perform PLC programming and controls system design.
  • Develop and integrate HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Commission and troubleshoot automation systems.
  • Work on motion control, robotics, and process control systems.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and systems engineering teams.
  • Support controls programs across multiple experience levels and project scopes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Master's degree is a plus for senior-level roles.
  • Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar.
  • Experience with HMI/SCADA tools.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and safety standards.
  • Experience level ranging from recent graduate to 10+ years leading controls programs.
  • 0–3 years for Junior Controls Engineer roles.
  • 3–6 years for Controls Engineer roles.
  • 6–10 years for Senior Controls Engineer roles.
  • 10+ years for Staff/Principal Controls Engineer roles.
