Description

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate installation and service activities for integrated systems.
  • Participate in the service and inspection process and oversee project repair, testing, and completion.
  • Analyze installation and service needs and product requirements.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate system, service, or process performance.
  • Operate industry-specific tools to support proper installation and service.
  • Identify problems, implement corrective action plans, and improve system performance.
  • Respond to delays, bad weather, emergencies, damage, and accidents at job sites.
  • Interpret instructions, communicate with coworkers, supervisors, vendors, and job site personnel, and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Oversee, schedule, prioritize, and delegate work to others while maintaining safety procedures.

Requirements

  • One year of experience installing commercial construction integrated systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow equipment manuals and convert them into simple instructions.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Ability to pass background checks when required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • May require participation in an on-call rotation.
  • Experience and/or training in one or more specialized systems is preferred.
