Description

  • Answer homeowner calls about HVAC products purchased through the company’s e-commerce website.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and technical support to resolve customer issues.
  • Explain product information and technical concepts clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • Maintain a productive, customer-focused experience during scheduled call hours.
  • Work collaboratively with the team when needed to support customer service goals.
  • Handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Follow company values and help deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience.
  • Participate in periodic hands-on training and product refurbishment travel as required.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including typing at 40 WPM or higher.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Professional, positive, warm, and friendly demeanor with customers.
  • Self-starter with strong ambition and a willingness to put in the effort needed to succeed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work as part of a team when necessary.
  • High-speed internet, stable power supply, and a quiet home office space without animals or family members in the room.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours at your desk; this is not a flex-time remote position.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for hands-on training and product refurbishment.
  • Rotating schedule with periodic weekend availability required.
