Description

  • Lead and manage a team of around 10 analysts and provide guidance, support, and coaching.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex issues and conflicts and help resolve them effectively.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.
  • Ensure team members have the resources and training needed to meet objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback on achievements and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to align hiring, content generation, and data integrity goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to assess progress and identify development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of sourcing, curating, and supporting M&A transactions data.
  • Strong preference for technically savvy candidates with understanding of language models and content extraction techniques.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Sound knowledge of team dynamics, performance management, and employee development.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
