Description

  • Research and evaluate new web-based content sources to expand the content offering.
  • Onboard new content and configure automated ingestion and web scraping processes.
  • Monitor content processing alerts, quality, and tagging across the ingestion pipeline.
  • Maintain existing scraping jobs and adjust configurations to preserve content quality.
  • Provide third-level support for content-related inquiries and issues.
  • Escalate issues to internal teams and external content providers, and track tickets through resolution.
  • Coordinate regularly with engineering teams, product managers, and content vendors.
  • Generate content usage reports, maintain content request logs, and track processing states.
  • Create, update, and document content onboarding processes and SOPs.
  • Review documents for proper categorization and quality control.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex issues into simple terms.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Linear, Notion, and SOP creation.
  • High aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Ability to work quickly, adapt, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work independently.
  • Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
  • Experience with financial information/data and analyst workflows.
  • Preferred: experience managing content aggregation processes.
  • Preferred: experience processing company publications such as presentations, filings, press releases, and transcripts.
  • Preferred: experience configuring web crawl jobs for structured or unstructured data sets.
