Description

  • Research and evaluate new web-based content sources for potential onboarding.
  • Onboard new content and support the expansion of AlphaSense’s content offering.
  • Configure and maintain automated web scraping and content ingestion jobs.
  • Monitor content processing alerts, quality, and ingestion performance.
  • Verify, upload, and manage company presentations and other content from public sources.
  • Troubleshoot content issues and develop improved methods for resolving them.
  • Provide third-level content support by answering inquiries and escalating issues to internal teams or external providers.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, product managers, and content providers to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Track content processing states, generate usage reports, and maintain request logs.
  • Create, update, and document content onboarding processes and SOPs.
  • Review documents for proper categorization and tagging across the processing pipeline.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, web research ability, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn quickly on the job.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Linear, Notion, and SOP creation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work independently.
  • Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with financial information, data, and analyst workflows.
  • Experience managing content aggregation processes (preferred).
  • Experience processing company-published documents such as presentations, filings, press releases, and transcripts (preferred).
  • Experience configuring web crawl jobs for structured or unstructured data sets (preferred).
