Description

  • Analyze internal and external sources and disclosure patterns to support the Transactions and Funding Rounds offering.
  • Support an AI-powered event classification and information extraction pipeline, including handling edge cases and manual exceptions.
  • Track processing status, generate content generation and usage reports, and maintain logs of content issues and resolutions.
  • Review input documents for proper categorization and tagging across the content processing pipeline.
  • Provide third-level content support by addressing inquiries, raising tickets, and tracking issues.
  • Coordinate regularly with engineering teams, product managers, and content providers.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, or collect new content for the financial content offering.
  • Create, update, and document content generation, support practices, and policies.
  • Bring forward new ideas to improve troubleshooting workflows and content issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial data collection or content generation process support, with strong preference for M&A transactions and capital offerings content.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills.
  • Interest in capital markets and financial research, with knowledge of current financial and technology trends and events.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn daily in a process that uses complex large language models.
  • High energy, creativity, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization under pressure.
  • B.Com degree.
  • MBA, M.COM, CA, or CFA certification preferred.
  • Experience with financial and general business news content such as press releases, news, and company filings is a strong plus.
