Description

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AlphaSense’s international expansion in Europe and APAC.
  • Identify priority markets and establish scalable go-to-market and operational models for market entry and growth.
  • Align executive stakeholders around expansion goals and other strategic priorities.
  • Ensure AlphaSense operates as one business across global markets with coherent execution across segments, functions, and geographies.
  • Define platform-market fit by determining the product capabilities and region-specific content needed to win in each market.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver differentiated solutions that meet local customer needs.
  • Advise senior leadership on strategic decisions related to international growth, product, go-to-market, and operations.
  • Drive alignment and execution across senior GTM leadership in EMEA and APAC to support regional revenue goals.
  • Establish KPIs, build tracking and reporting frameworks, and implement regular business reviews.
  • Influence org design, operational processes, and commercial models that support global scaling.

Requirements

  • Experience leading large-scale strategic programs focused on international growth and market entry across EMEA and/or APAC.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes, local buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and operational complexity in global regions.
  • Ability to own end-to-end delivery of major initiatives and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent ability to synthesize complexity, analyze data, and communicate clearly to senior internal audiences.
  • Experience aligning teams and driving accountability in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Customer-led mindset with strategy grounded in buyer insight, user behavior, and local market needs.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptive approach suited to fast-moving and evolving environments.
  • Ability to build business cases, run scenario models, and present investment recommendations.
  • Experience supporting strategic priorities such as go-to-market innovation, new product commercialization, segment and persona optimization, and M&A integration is preferred.
