Description

  • Own and maintain financial models in partnership with business leaders and improve their accuracy over time.
  • Build scalable, automatable processes to strengthen decision-making and financial analysis.
  • Drive strategic initiatives through analytical work, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Formulate recommendations on business strategy, investments, and potential transactions for executives and the board.
  • Develop data-driven insights and communicate clear conclusions to executive-level audiences.
  • Lead M&A processes end to end, including sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, business case validation, stakeholder coordination, structuring, negotiation, closing, and integration planning.
  • Develop, improve, and interpret KPI dashboards for executives and investors.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and corporate strategy with analytical perspectives and recommendations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, private equity, financial analysis, consulting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience building three-statement financial models and ad hoc models for complex scenario analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to executive leadership.
  • Ability to parse nuanced data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Passion for learning and taking on new challenges.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with impeccable integrity.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $117,000 to $152,000 USD.
