Description

  • Create high-fidelity coded prototypes and interaction models for complex AI-powered workflows.
  • Own high-impact initiatives from concept through production.
  • Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions.
  • Guide cross-team implementation efforts across design, engineering, and product.
  • Advance and scale the design system as product infrastructure for AI-native experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to research user requirements and translate them into effective designs.
  • Partner with engineering during development to maintain design quality, fidelity, and user experience.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by balancing technical constraints, business goals, and user experience.
  • Use an AI-first approach to design and build, leveraging modern AI tooling and agent-driven workflows.
  • Shape how intelligent capabilities are integrated into real user workflows so outputs are transparent, trustworthy, and usable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product design, design/UX/front-end engineering, design systems, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Degree in design, computer science, information sciences, psychology, or human-computer interaction preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
  • Experience building AI and agentic experiences.
  • Experience leveraging AI to speed up and augment the end-to-end design and development process.
  • Expertise with modern AI technologies such as MCP, Claude Code, Codex, or Skills.
  • Experience shipping production-ready experiences and influencing technical and design decisions across teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and end-to-end customer workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Base compensation of $200,000 to $330,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity.
