Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of event content operations, from event identification and audio capture through transcription, editing, and publishing.
  • Ensure broad coverage of relevant live events with minimal misses and strong timeliness and quality.
  • Lead and manage team leads, editors, and content analysts.
  • Drive hiring, workforce planning, and shift planning for time-zone and live-event coverage.
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure live audio capture happens on time.
  • Design and standardize workflows across event tracking, capture, editing, and publishing.
  • Implement quality assurance frameworks to monitor transcript accuracy and completeness.
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends, training needs, and process gaps.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve tools and workflows.
  • Develop systems to measure team and individual performance.
  • Build contingency plans to mitigate risks from missed events or technical failures.
  • Ensure adherence to content usage policies, compliance standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in live content operations, transcripts, or time-sensitive editorial workflows.
  • Proven track record of managing large operational teams, including managers or team leads.
  • Deep understanding of real-time or near-real-time content delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven operations with strong SLA ownership.
  • Experience with workflow optimization and operational scaling.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Deep familiarity with transcription workflows, audio capture processes, and AI-assisted tools preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • Outstanding ability to drive and inspire teams while continuously improving people, processes, technology, AI, and tooling.
  • Curiosity about technology and AI, with willingness to suggest new ways to leverage them for operational optimization.
  • Detail-oriented in performance measurement, compilation and reporting of metrics, and execution against OKRs.
