Description

  • Lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams to drive alignment, execution, and high-impact outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end external partner performance across SLAs, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead partner governance, performance reviews, negotiations, and escalation management.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with company goals and long-term value creation.
  • Use performance trends and root-cause analysis to shape the future support model and service roadmap.
  • Partner with finance, procurement, operations, strategy, engineering, and product teams to execute strategy and improve the member experience.
  • Manage and develop a tenured team of operations managers through mentorship, selective hiring, and ongoing feedback.
  • Drive accountability, continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence across the BPO ecosystem.
  • Break down complex problems into clear, structured approaches that support decision-making and execution.
  • Balance risks and business priorities while improving service experience and partner outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, partnerships, or program management related to BPOs.
  • Experience in high-tech or consulting environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience fostering cross-functional partnerships with business, engineering, and product teams.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing large programs and building process improvement workflows.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in developing solutions for a dynamic and innovative business.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly while maintaining transparency and escalation when needed.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization with regular domestic and international travel.

Benefits

  • Base salary from $172,000 to $238,000, depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Eligible for a bonus and competitive equity package.
  • Four days a week in the office and Fridays from home for those near an office, with a fully remote program available for some employees.
