Description

  • Partner with Account Executives and GTM teams to run seamless product evaluations that support new business revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery with prospective clients to understand research workflows, pain points, and bespoke use cases.
  • Build and curate Financial Services use cases as AlphaSense capabilities evolve.
  • Run tailored demos, evaluations, workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call presentations for prospects.
  • Engage with investment professionals across seniority levels to understand challenges and build trusted relationships.
  • Act as a credible domain and product expert throughout the evaluation process from inception to close.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education to inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Help define future use cases for key Financial Services personas, including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, and Hedge Funds.

Requirements

  • Business proficiency in both German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Financial Services role or supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Experience with workflows in at least one of: Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds.
  • Demonstrated interest in generative AI and its application in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in Financial Services.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort leading evaluations in formats such as on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, earn trust, and explain technical solutions to business-oriented audiences.
  • Highly articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills across GTM, Product, and Content teams.
  • Relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting is preferred.
