Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations that support new business sales cycles and revenue growth.
  • Conduct targeted discovery into clients’ research workflows, pain points, and use cases.
  • Build, curate, and expand corporate use cases as AlphaSense’s capabilities evolve.
  • Engage with corporate stakeholders across levels and seniority to understand challenges and present tailored demos.
  • Serve as a credible domain and product expert from evaluation inception through close.
  • Translate client feedback into internal product and content improvement requests.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Education to inform go-to-market decisions.
  • Support workflows for corporate personas including Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate role or supporting corporate clients in a fintech/SaaS organization.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a high-growth fintech/SaaS firm in sales, client success, product, or a related client-facing or research role within the Corporates industry.
  • Exposure to workflows in at least one of: Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations.
  • Interest in generative AI and understanding of the competitive landscape for GenAI in corporate workflows.
  • Executive presence and strong presentation skills, with comfort leading workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
  • Highly articulate, consultative, and confident client-facing communication style.
  • Strong collaboration and influence skills across GTM, Product, and Content teams.
  • High aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure.
  • Ability and interest to work autonomously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
