Description

  • Process new and renewal orders.
  • Validate opportunity and contract information, flag discrepancies, and resolve issues.
  • Activate client access and support downstream invoice processing.
  • Work with Sales Operations, Content Authorization, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams on order lifecycle execution.
  • Track communication in the CRM for transparency and auditability.
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, complaints, and follow-up requests.
  • Initiate and support departmental and special projects.
  • Suggest process and system improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely, accurate updates and information to sales teams.
  • Support operational excellence, customer service, and teamwork across groups.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting customers through email ticketing systems, chat, and/or phone calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and provide clear updates.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.
  • Ability to execute tactically and learn quickly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service and satisfaction.
