Description

  • Manage a diverse team of bilingual Channel & Customer Research Analysts to source country-specific experts for research projects.
  • Set, track, and manage team KPIs that balance quality, relevance, and volume.
  • Coach and guide Analysts to support their professional development and performance.
  • Hire and onboard Analysts for the research pods.
  • Partner with Sector Leads to adjust research focus, sourcing strategies, and coverage territories based on evolving goals and capacity.
  • Work with Generated Content leadership to define and update coverage goals and align pod capacity and focus accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Generated Content Enablement to design and maintain process documentation and team knowledge resources.
  • Troubleshoot issues with leadership and cross-functional partners and implement workflow, process, and systems improvements.
  • Identify bottlenecks in Analyst workflows and optimize processes to improve efficiency and content quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client service responsibilities.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management.
  • Demonstrated ability to set performance and professional development goals.
  • Successful track record of motivating, coaching, supporting, and holding team members accountable.
  • Experience building culture and support infrastructure for individual contributors.
  • Track record of setting relevant KPIs to measure people and process success.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards and analysis to identify productivity and output trends.
  • Strong track record of building scalable and efficient processes.
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
