Description

  • Build and lead the global Workplace, Community & Experience function, integrating real estate, office strategy, and employee experience into one portfolio.
  • Develop and operationalize a global workplace strategy that supports connection, belonging, productivity, and high performance.
  • Direct a global property portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and broker and landlord management across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Design and curate physical and remote environments tailored to the needs of local teams and business functions.
  • Lead office build-outs and expansion projects, including coordination with architects, general contractors, budgets, and delivery timelines.
  • Own the Fluid Working approach and shape workplace experiences that support collaboration, mentorship, and transitions between remote and in-office work.
  • Partner with Finance, Corporate IT, Security, Legal, and business leaders to execute workplace operations and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
  • Design and lead global employee experience and community programming, including company rituals and cultural events.
  • Manage the global workplace and experience budget, including forecasting, CapEx planning, long-term leases, and employee experience investments.
  • Establish and maintain global workplace safety, physical security, and asset protection standards through updated facility management processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in corporate real estate, site selection, and facilities functions.
  • Experience leading in high-growth, complex environments.
  • Deep experience with commercial lease negotiation and contract management across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Ability to navigate local labor laws, vendor landscapes, and cultural expectations in international markets.
  • Proven ability to build trust and drive results with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and IT.
  • Track record of building or modernizing workplace programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Experience with real estate forecasting, facilities budgeting, decision-support modeling, workplace data, and employee experience feedback.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset, with comfort operating from portfolio planning through office build-outs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex operational topics for senior audiences.
  • Experience modernizing facility management SOPs and supporting workplace safety and physical security standards is preferred.
