Description

  • Research and evaluate new web-based content sources to expand the content offering.
  • Onboard new content and support content ingestion workflows.
  • Configure and maintain web scraping jobs through an admin interface.
  • Monitor content processing alerts and verify uploaded content from company and regulatory sources.
  • Troubleshoot content issues and propose improved ways to resolve them.
  • Provide third-level content support and handle content-related inquiries.
  • Escalate issues to internal teams and external content providers, and track them through resolution.
  • Coordinate regularly with engineering, product, and content provider stakeholders.
  • Track processing status, generate content usage reports, and maintain request logs.
  • Create, update, and document content onboarding processes and quality control steps.

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of data entry and/or data maintenance experience.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, web research ability, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • High aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks under pressure, and work independently.
  • Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Linear, Notion, and SOP creation.
  • Experience with financial information/data and analyst workflows.
  • Preferred: experience managing content aggregation processes.
  • Preferred: experience processing company documents such as presentations, filings, press releases, and transcripts.
  • Preferred: experience configuring web crawl jobs for structured or unstructured data sets.
