Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using Carvana’s car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to help ensure vehicle safety.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Interact with customers as part of the delivery experience and local community engagement.
  • Perform vehicle detailing and other physically demanding tasks as needed.
  • Support operational compliance related to DMV/title and registration access requirements.
  • Complete required licensing and certification steps within the specified timelines.
  • Follow shift schedules that rotate across weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work 7 days a week across scheduled shifts of 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors and indoors in inclement or extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand and remain physically active for 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary license within the first 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
  • Must meet state-specific DMV/title and registration system access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
  • California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler.
  • Ability to use arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat, and maintain excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Starting pay of $22/hour with raises to $22.50 at 3 months, $23 at 6 months, and up to $24 in the first year.
