Description

  • Lead workstreams or smaller projects within broader client change programs.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive execution against project plans and resolve issues.
  • Facilitate client interviews and workshops to support deliverable creation.
  • Analyze data in Excel, test hypotheses, and synthesize insights from complex information.
  • Develop client-facing content and recommendations that address business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Support business development through whitepaper co-authoring and market research.
  • Contribute to Alpha’s business management or practice areas with innovative ideas.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of trends and challenges in asset and wealth management.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of consulting experience at a recognized consulting firm or in an in-house consulting/business analyst role at a leading financial institution.
  • Experience within financial services.
  • Asset and/or wealth management experience is a plus.
  • Experience on front-to-back transformation, data, middle office/back office transformation and migration, target operating model, business processes, or IT solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in investments, operations, distribution, and/or CRM is a plus.
  • Good understanding of public and private markets asset classes is a plus.
  • Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills with familiarity in project/change and consulting frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems and solutions clearly.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with team members and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Flexibility to travel if required.
  • Strong academic background and a degree from a leading institution.
  • Business fluency in English.
