Description

  • Conduct daily surveillance of customer activity.
  • Perform trading and cash management operations.
  • Monitor cryptocurrency trade execution and manage exceptions.
  • Manage cryptocurrency inventory accounts.
  • Analyze operational data and review general ledger accounts.
  • Identify and reconcile account discrepancies.
  • Support anti-money laundering programs and related suspicious-activity investigations.
  • Improve workflows, policies, and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve products and user experiences.
  • Communicate complex operational topics clearly and perform ad hoc projects, including weekend work as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, or cryptocurrency operations; back-office experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business and regulatory environments.
  • Strong willingness to learn professional and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership of new responsibilities and enjoyment of challenging work.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets and trading preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python preferred.
