Description

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for Broker API partners during inbound asset migrations.
  • Project-manage asset migration lifecycles from initiation through completion.
  • Build partner relationships and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
  • Lead onboarding and conversion of introducing brokers and RIAs from other clearing or custodial firms.
  • Coordinate operational setup, documentation, and system integration for new partners.
  • Develop and maintain repeatable conversion playbooks and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with compliance, product, and engineering teams to resolve conversion issues.
  • Reconcile migrated assets and verify data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brokerage operations, clearing, or account transfer operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ACATS, DTC settlements, and broker-dealer back-office workflows.
  • Experience building, validating, or reconciling conversion and migration files.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadlines, including weekend and off-hours conversion windows.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • FINRA SIE certification required; Series 7 certification or ability to obtain it within 180 days.
  • Experience supporting broker-dealer or RIA conversions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ACATS, DTC deliveries, SPOs, journals, ledger uploads, fractional shares, cost-basis transfers, and residual accounts is preferred.
  • Experience with custodial platforms such as Pershing, Apex, NFS, or DriveWealth, and comfort reading SQL queries, is preferred.
