Description

  • Own end-to-end project management for enterprise brokerage API launches across equities, crypto, options, and related products.
  • Scope, plan, and execute integration timelines with external product, engineering, compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal business development, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success teams.
  • Facilitate partner check-ins, drive action items, and track deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Provide transparent project updates and partner context to Alpaca leadership.
  • Guide partners through onboarding requirements, including KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures.
  • Communicate partner feature requests to technical teams and support prioritization.
  • Advise customer success teams on integration and new product matters.
  • Create and improve onboarding processes, documentation, and internal and external enablement resources.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer and a subject-matter resource on Alpaca’s APIs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience.
  • Strong process, analysis, design, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work with customers across global time zones.
  • Interest in or familiarity with fintech, financial markets, investing applications, brokerage, stocks, and crypto.
  • Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in sales, customer success, customer experience leadership, or training and enablement.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience and familiarity with enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience with modern APIs, including REST, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events.
  • Familiarity with Metabase, Postman, curl requests, API logging tools, and JIRA issue management.
  • Startup mindset and strong attention to detail.
