Description

  • Own one core money-movement or settlement sub-surface end-to-end, including prioritization, API design, and rollout.
  • Run discovery with partners and prospects and turn integration constraints into a sequenced backlog.
  • Write clear PRDs and align with engineering on API contracts and partner-facing documentation.
  • Partner with compliance, treasury, and legal on decisions involving licensing, AML, screening, settlement rules, and reconciliation.
  • Improve operational efficiency through exception handling, reconciliation workflows, partner-facing tooling, and automation.
  • Track adoption and operational metrics such as settlement success rate, time-to-funding, ACH return rate, and partner blockers.
  • Iterate on documentation, SDK ergonomics, and rollout sequencing to drive partner adoption after launch.
  • Report product status and results accurately and on time to internal and external stakeholders, including partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or founding a startup, preferably in regulated payments, settlement, treasury, brokerage clearing, or fintech infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated depth on at least one money-movement or settlement surface, such as ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, post-trade settlement, JIT/instant funding, prefunding, or FX corridor, shipped at production scale.
  • Experience shipping B2B or developer-facing products such as SDKs, APIs, or partner integrations.
  • Comfort shipping in parallel with compliance, treasury, and legal in a regulated environment.
  • Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or an equivalent field.
  • Business acumen to weigh stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, time, and budget tradeoffs.
  • Direct broker-dealer or institutional brokerage experience, such as Schwab, Fidelity, IBKR, Apex, or Drivewealth, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the B2B2C correspondent or broker-as-a-service model is preferred.
  • Experience with US payments and clearing regulations such as NACHA, Federal Reserve oversight, FINRA/SEC clearing rules, or OFAC screening is preferred.
  • Experience with DTCC, NSCC, Fedwire, or other clearing-house settlement flows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with global payment rails outside the US, such as SEPA, FPS, regional ACH equivalents, or stablecoin-rail funding, is preferred.
  • Experience unifying fragmented money-movement or settlement stacks behind consistent APIs and data models is preferred.
  • Background in broker-dealer treasury or clearing operations, including reconciliation, exception handling, regulatory reporting, and automation opportunities, is preferred.
  • AI-native PM workflow experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or custom agents is preferred.
