Description

  • Own one core accounts sub-surface end-to-end, including prioritization, API design, and rollout.
  • Run discovery with partners and prospects to understand integration constraints and convert insights into a sequenced backlog.
  • Ship production-ready product work by writing PRDs, aligning on API contracts, and creating implementation-ready documentation.
  • Partner with compliance and legal on decisions involving licensing, KYC/AML, identity verification, and account-model design.
  • Improve operational efficiency through better exception handling, partner tooling, and automation of repetitive operations.
  • Measure and optimize adoption metrics such as onboarding funnel health, API adoption, time-to-first-funded-account, and verification pass rates.
  • Iterate on documentation, SDK ergonomics, and rollout sequencing to improve real-world adoption.
  • Report product status and results clearly and on time to internal and external stakeholders, including partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or founding a startup, preferably in brokerage, fintech, payments, or identity/accounts infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated depth in at least one accounts surface such as KYC/identity verification, account types, sub-accounts/multi-accounts, or IRA, shipped at production scale.
  • Experience shipping B2B or developer-facing products such as SDKs, APIs, or partner integrations.
  • Comfort working in parallel with compliance and legal in a regulated environment.
  • Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
  • Business acumen to evaluate stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, timing, and budget tradeoffs.
  • Direct broker-dealer or institutional brokerage experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the B2B2C correspondent or broker-as-a-service model is preferred.
  • Experience with US account and identity regulatory frameworks such as FINRA KYC/AML, FATCA, IRS entity rules, or OFAC screening is preferred.
  • Experience with US retirement accounts or non-US registered and tax-advantaged account types is preferred.
  • Experience unifying fragmented account or identity systems behind consistent APIs and data models is preferred.
  • Background in broker-dealer operations and automation opportunities is preferred.
  • AI-native PM workflow experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or custom agents is preferred.
