Description

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the accounts area, including account models, onboarding and lifecycle, KYC/KYB, sub-accounts, multi-accounts, and IRA cross-work.
  • Execute across multiple in-flight workstreams in parallel and personally ship the most strategically important work.
  • Rationalize account APIs and internal systems so different account types, jurisdictions, and partner operating models work through a coherent surface.
  • Drive build-vs-buy, partner-vs-direct, and onshore-vs-offshore tradeoffs while re-sequencing work under regulatory, partner, and engineering constraints.
  • Partner with engineering, broker-dealer operations, compliance, legal, partnerships, success, and sales to prioritize initiatives and balance risk, revenue, and time-to-market.
  • Lead discovery with partners and prospects, translate requirements into sequenced roadmaps, and communicate clear scope and timelines.
  • Shape pricing and packaging inputs for account products in coordination with commercial and operations stakeholders.
  • Support global expansion of account capabilities across regional broker-dealer entities, retirement-like products, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • Define and monitor adoption metrics such as onboarding funnel health, API adoption, time-to-first-funded-account, verification pass rates, and partner blockers.
  • Mentor peer PMs, set the quality bar, and help unblock adjacent teams across the accounts area.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or startup founding, with senior individual-contributor ownership in a regulated identity, accounts, or brokerage domain.
  • End-to-end ownership of at least two accounts-related surfaces at production scale, such as KYC/identity verification, new account types, sub-accounts/multi-accounts, or IRA/tax-advantaged account structures.
  • Direct experience with US accounts and identity regulatory frameworks, including FINRA KYC/AML, FATCA, IRS entity rules, beneficial ownership/CDD, and OFAC screening.
  • Proven ability to set and execute an area-level roadmap across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Experience operating as a senior product owner who mentors peers, sets a quality bar, and represents the area in cross-functional and leadership forums without a manager title.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for partner-facing, regulator-adjacent, and internal leadership conversations.
  • Experience analyzing data using SQL and a relevant BI tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or an equivalent field.
  • Track record of owning and shipping multiple workstreams in parallel over the last 2-3 years.
  • Hands-on regulated-product experience at the shipping and execution layer, not just the policy layer.
  • Ability to sequence in-flight accounts work from day one without a long ramp.
  • Direct broker-dealer or institutional brokerage experience is preferred.
  • Experience standing up KYC/identity programs from scratch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the B2B2C correspondent or broker-as-a-service model is preferred.
  • Direct experience with entity or corporate onboarding, beneficial ownership, or KYB at scale is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US retirement accounts or non-US registered/tax-advantaged account types is preferred.
  • Experience unifying fragmented account or identity stacks behind consistent APIs and data models is preferred.
  • Background in broker-dealer operations and automation opportunities is preferred.
  • AI-native PM workflow experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or custom agents is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with stock options.
  • Health benefits.
  • One-time USD $500 new hire home-office setup stipend.
  • USD $150 monthly stipend via Brex card.
