Description

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure Salesforce clouds, objects, fields, permissions, flows, and automation.
  • Support implementation and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Design and implement integrations with external platforms and third-party systems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in technical analysis, solution design, and estimation activities.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams, including functional consultants, architects, developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Professional experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience in Salesforce development, configuration, consulting, or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one Salesforce cloud or product.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and API integrations for developer profiles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, business processes, and platform capabilities for functional or consultant profiles.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Availability to work with at least partial overlap with the CET time zone.
  • Ability to describe previous Salesforce projects, responsibilities, and technical scope.
  • Availability to share expected salary or rate during the application process.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations is preferred.
  • Experience with CPQ, OmniStudio, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, or deployment tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with European or international clients is preferred.
  • Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience is preferred.
