Description

  • Oversee clinical trial projects and programs to ensure overall quality and management of delivery.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and related financial performance.
  • Review and approve proposal content and costing.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients regarding scope delivery, service capabilities, and client needs.
  • Lead operational project teams and coordinate cross-functional project activities.
  • Solve project issues and balance multiple competing priorities across active studies.
  • Support customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement of Global Clinical Operations processes.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and a growth mindset in day-to-day leadership.
  • Support recruitment and interviewing of new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare, or business; Master’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, specifically as a clinical project manager.
  • Experience managing global clinical trials is required.
  • At least 5 years of clinical project management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R3), data and patient privacy practices, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen, administrative excellence, and analytical skills.
  • CRA experience is preferred.
  • Therapeutic expertise in Oncology.
  • Equivalency of education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.
