Description

  • Coordinate and manage CRA activities across all geographies.
  • Liaise with sponsors, the Project Manager, and other functional leads to ensure monitoring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with quality.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to CRAs and other clinical functional groups in day-to-day trial activities.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and department leaders on trial-related issues and service delivery.
  • Support management with training and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in co-monitoring visits as needed.
  • Mentor staff and contribute to special assignments within Global Clinical Operations.

Requirements

  • A degree in life sciences or a nursing qualification is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Senior CRA or in another relevant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trials, and the key elements required for trial success.
  • Strong therapeutic background in oncology.
  • Experience and knowledge of the CRO industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional command of the English language for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders.
