Description

Manage and deliver full clinical site monitoring services for one or more complex projects, including multinational studies.
Design and oversee project monitoring services, including training, site and patient recruitment, data and document management, monitoring budgets, and regulatory filings.
Act as the Lead CRA and primary liaison between CRAs and the project team.
Develop or contribute to project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, and other monitoring tools and documents as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and coach to peers and provide performance feedback to management.
Assist with selecting, hiring, training, and supervising CRAs, including co-monitoring and training visits.
Act as the first escalation point for site or patient issues and for sponsor concerns when required.
Manage monitoring services for a group of projects and/or CRAs, including day-to-day direction and review of monitoring reports.
Participate in study team, kickoff, and investigator meetings and serve as primary contact to sponsors for monitoring-related issues.
Identify and recruit site investigators and coordinate delivery of trial materials, samples, tests, forms, and investigational product.

Requirements

Minimum of a college diploma or degree.
4-6 years of related experience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Critical thinking abilities.
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving positive results.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to regularly travel to sites, including Bosnia and Croatia.
Home-based position with regular travel required.
Experience in clinical site monitoring, CRA oversight, or similar project monitoring work is preferred by role scope.
