Description

  • Manage the planning, execution, progress, and completion of assigned clinical research projects.
  • Work with functional experts to ensure project activities comply with regulations, guidelines, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain operational, financial, and regulatory integrity and safety across projects.
  • Develop or participate in project communications, training, regulatory submissions, audits, and third-party vendor selection as needed.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in the creation, delivery, maintenance, and disposal of project data, documents, equipment, and tools.
  • Prepare investigator updates and other project-related reports throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assign, and monitor interdisciplinary project tasks, including site monitoring, CRF and database development, data collection, patient safety/adverse event management, document management, statistical analysis, final report writing, and publications.
  • Ensure project task completion meets quality standards and sponsor/client, project, and regulatory expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients/sponsors and manage queries, issues, meetings, recruitment support, stakeholder training, and status reporting.
  • Support site and patient recruitment strategies and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study; Health Sciences or Clinical Research preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical study management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving positive results.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Home-based/remote work arrangement.

Benefits

  • Remote, home-based work arrangement.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Salary range of $95,500 - $159,000 per year.
