Description

  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing merchants as their primary technical point of contact.
  • Lead merchant integration and onboarding efforts, including API integration support and wallet setup guidance.
  • Provide post-launch technical support and troubleshooting for payment flows, deposits/withdrawals, and settlement issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Compliance, Finance, Product) to resolve merchant issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor client activity to identify issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, integration notes, and CRM updates for merchant accounts.
  • Explain payment flows, settlement logic, blockchain specifics, and operational processes clearly to merchants and internal teams.
  • Use merchant support tools (CRMs, ticketing systems, Slack/Telegram) to manage requests, track progress, and prioritize work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in crypto.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Russian.
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, deposits/withdrawals, KYC/KYB, and compliance requirements.
  • Technical literacy with experience working with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or integrations (not a developer role).
  • Experience with merchant support tools such as CRM systems, Slack/Telegram chats, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of merchant success.
  • Preferred: experience in crypto payments or blockchain networks (TRON, ETH, BTC).
  • Preferred: understanding of conversion flows, crypto/fiat rates, and operational risk.
  • Preferred: experience working with high-risk industries (iGaming, Forex).
