Description

  • Install, administer, and maintain Linux operating systems, including Debian and RHEL distributions.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization and containerization environments using libvirt, LXC, and Docker.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters in production, including deployments, services, scaling, and troubleshooting.
  • Design and maintain secure, high-availability network infrastructure across distributed environments.
  • Administer AWS and GCP cloud resources and support multi-tenant cloud environments and migration projects.
  • Configure and manage web servers and database infrastructure, including Nginx, Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, and related tooling.
  • Implement infrastructure monitoring and cybersecurity practices, including vulnerability management, SIEM, XDR, certificate lifecycle management, and scanning.
  • Automate operational tasks using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Bash, Python, or similar tools.
  • Provide occasional L2 technical support assistance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks using Confluence and Jira, and collaborate with external support teams and the R&D department.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Linux systems administration and IT infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, networking, cloud, web server, database, monitoring, and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Experience with scripting in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as RHCE, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a strong plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
