Description

  • Identify and develop scalable, high-performance solutions for clinical data interfaces and integrations.
  • Build the next generation of integrations for Aledade’s flagship overlay product.
  • Design systems that can scale indefinitely and surpass traditional performance expectations.
  • Work across disciplines to shape product strategy and execution.
  • Develop and maintain the foundations of code architecture and code quality.
  • Mentor and coach engineers and help set engineering standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions for complex healthcare problems.
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and feature planning sessions.
  • Ensure solutions comply with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • BS/BTech or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of production-level engineering experience building highly scalable systems.
  • 4+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
  • 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets.
  • Experience architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong familiarity with server-side web technologies such as Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
  • 8+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team (preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, VueJs, or Ember (preferred).
  • Experience building integration apps with health-tech systems such as EHRs/EMRs (preferred).
  • Experience building Chromium-based apps or pluggable UI overlays for browsers or Windows desktop (preferred).
  • Expertise in at least one server-side web technology, with Python preferred.
  • Experience with a web framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
  • Deep understanding of the DOM and browser behavior.
  • Experience with API design and development.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization/orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with security and systems that handle sensitive data.
