Description

  • Manage complex provider roster creation, submission, and record reconciliation across multiple payer contracts.
  • Ensure roster accuracy, quality control, and compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Resolve moderate-scope issues by prioritizing tasks, tracking progress, and escalating with proposed solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for roster inquiries from internal teams and external payers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external payer partners to share information and provide project updates to leadership.
  • Guide and support new and existing employees on roster systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to roster management and payer operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in payer/provider operations processes such as credentialing, provider data maintenance, contracting, or provider claims adjudication.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate professionally with key stakeholders.
  • Intermediate skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with CRM/Salesforce technology.
  • Experience with multiple payer platforms and submission systems is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or another query language is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
