Description

  • Apply HEDIS quality measure knowledge to support incentivized contract measures across Medicare Advantage and commercial health plans.
  • Retrieve documentation in person or remotely from practices to identify and close quality gaps.
  • Submit supporting documentation to health plans through the appropriate method, such as payor portals or secure email.
  • Coordinate Electronic Health Record (EHR) system access setup and login management.
  • Consult with market field team members on quality reporting strategy and provide market updates and chart review feedback.
  • Work closely with the field team to guide practices through quality gap closure efforts.
  • Track and communicate progress on reporting work and escalate barriers when needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in quality reporting in a healthcare or health plan setting.
  • Experience working within at least one major Electronic Health Record system, such as athenaHealth or eCW.
  • Ability to export data, format results, and report findings using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines.
  • Ability to track and communicate progress and escalate barriers to performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • G-Suite proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with the Medicare Advantage STARS program and HEDIS measures preferred.
