Description

  • Implement Aledade products and execute ACO initiatives under market leadership direction.
  • Support wellness visits, transitions of care, active management, and Practice Transformation Plans.
  • Train physicians, providers, and office staff on care processes and technologies.
  • Assess practices’ ongoing training and development needs.
  • Build relationships with providers, physicians, and healthcare executives to improve financial and quality performance.
  • Gather practice feedback and communicate concerns and improvement opportunities to managers and leads.
  • Conduct practice visits and partner meetings across assigned markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 4–6 years of relevant medical practice management experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 3 years of experience using electronic health records for clinical or practice management processes.
  • Experience with medical practice administration, particularly in a clinic setting, preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication, including public presentation skills.
  • Organizational, project management, and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to work primarily remotely with approximately 15% planned annual travel.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and use computers and keyboards extensively; occasional walking and lifting may be required.
