Description

  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the company’s most critical sales opportunities.
  • Provide financial modeling, competitor data, and strategic guidance for enterprise sales support.
  • Identify opportunities in clinical data and translate them into clear value propositions for prospective practices.
  • Design and build pitch materials and custom presentations for health systems, IPAs, HCCNs, and other prospects.
  • Collaborate with leadership and growth teams to design data models and tools, including ROI model improvements and automation enhancements.
  • Develop prospect insight tools that surface clinical data for the core sales team to use in outreach.
  • Partner with Portfolio Marketing on new capital access product design and pricing considerations.
  • Own the build and implementation of new pricing products into the existing ROI model.
  • Collaborate with marketing on segment-specific campaigns and the repurposing of tailored enterprise content into reusable prospect content.
  • Manage, train, and troubleshoot Aledade financial model offerings and go-to-market processes, and support ad hoc enterprise deal structure projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to think quickly with available data, identify opportunities or problems, and present insights to executive audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management.
  • Sales acumen and understanding of how primary care physician offices operate and make decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address physician pain points.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous or unstructured data and documenting assumptions clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization while balancing stakeholder priorities.
  • Proven track record of success in business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with or willingness to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; the role is also available in Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC.
  • Preferred: comfort with iterative work and learning quickly from failures.
