Description

  • Partner with business leads, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
  • Design and develop scalable learning experiences across live, on-demand, microlearning, video, gamified, and interactive multimedia formats.
  • Apply instructional design methods, curriculum mapping, and adult learning principles to build cohesive learning paths for diverse learners.
  • Create valid assessments and define success metrics for engagement, impact, and effectiveness.
  • Lead learning design projects independently, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure user-centered, inclusive solutions that align with practice and company goals.
  • Develop content that improves knowledge retention, supports behavior change, and produces measurable outcomes.
  • Advocate for high-quality deliverables while following team standards and project expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum design, health care management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience designing progressive learning solutions in industries such as corporate technology/SaaS, healthcare technology, clinical training, edtech, enterprise learning and enablement, or high-skill simulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use metadata, taxonomy, and search functionality to improve content discoverability and personalization.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to recommend solutions based on their capabilities and features.
  • Experience designing for multiple delivery environments, including live virtual or in-person sessions, coaching models, blended learning, and on-demand/eLearning.
  • Strong video editing experience and experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Camtasia and Articulate 360.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, including the ability to explain design rationale and iterate quickly with stakeholders.
  • Strong learning design background with a preference for visual signaling and engaging design strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate a wide range of artifacts against brand standards.
  • Comfort working in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities, and limited daily direction.

  • $70,000 to $80,000 base salary.
