Description

  • Lead the development and execution of brand awareness campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Oversee creative concept development, campaign budgets, and multi-channel distribution with business partners.
  • Use AI tools to test personas, audiences, and messaging, and to analyze campaign performance and ROI.
  • Develop positioning and support promotional activities for new business solutions and launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for co-branding inquiries and evaluate requests from a brand-first perspective.
  • Help define and implement brand guidelines and standards across assets and systems.
  • Oversee incoming brand requests, optimize workflows, and maintain brand consistency through audits and compliance monitoring.
  • Provide training and use AI-driven governance tools to strengthen brand standards.
  • Assist with brand awareness research and pulse monitoring using quantitative and qualitative evidence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to execute promotional strategies and improve brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand management, partnership marketing, or a related role.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of brand management principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for brand operations, testing, copywriting, or creative direction.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities (preferred).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or B2B industries (preferred).
  • Experience working with Monday.com (preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems (preferred).
